Delivery:

— All purchases will be sent via Nacex
— We deliver worldwide. If you wish to buy outside Europe, please contact us at info@esiete.com to handle your purchase. Shipments outside Europe range between 30 and 60 euros depending on the place of destination and the volume of the products in the shipment.

Delivery time:

— We handle purchases and send them in a period of 24/48h.
— Shipments for Spain and Portugal are sent in 24/48h.
— Shipments for Europe take between 5 and 7 days.

Returns:

— We accept returns as long as the material is returned in the same conditions it was received. The buyer is responsible for the shipment costs.

Damaged items:

— If any item arrives in a less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately at info@esiete.com. We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
